USE: Apply to wet hair and scalp and lather. Leave for Two minutes. rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

After shampooing, squeeze excess water and apply to mid-lengths and ends. Comb through for even distribution and leave for up to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and style with products from the My Hair Doctor range.

USE: Apply to wet hair, pre-shampoo, and massage thoroughly from mid-lengths to ends for at least 10 minutes or up to 20 minutes for an intense treatment. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo and condition with My Hair Doctor range.

Treatment use: Apply a generous amount to your dry hair and leave for up to 20 minutes before shampooing.

Styling use: On freshly washed, towel-dried hair, apply a pea size drop of oil and work through mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Style as usual. You can also use a tiny drop to help flyaway ends.
