
Can I change the delivery address?
If you have already placed your order and it has not been sent to the warehouse for packing yet, you will be able to change the delivery address of an order. Please contact our Customer Care team on 13 23 10 and they will verify whether this can be done for you.
How will my item be delivered?
In most cases, your order will be despatched within 48 hours of payment, and delivered by our carrier within 10 working days of your purchase.
If your delivery requires a signature and you're not home at the time of delivery, our carrier will leave a notification with collection details. You'll need to show ID and sign for your delivery when collecting it from the designated local delivery point.
For some over-sized items, TVSN may need to engage a courier to deliver the item directly to your door and you will also be asked to sign for delivery of these items. These items may take up to 14 working days for delivery.
If you do not receive your order within these guidelines, please contact our Customer Care team on 13 23 10 to initiate a trace with the carrier.
How is the delivery determined?
Our carrier offers a great service that enables you to receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Where special delivery services (including but not limited to express delivery services, bulky item delivery services or courier services) are required to make delivery, additional charges may apply. Deliveries outside of the metropolitan area (as defined by TVSN) may also incur a regional delivery surcharge in addition to other postage and handling fees. All postage and handling fees will be available prior to customers finalising an order.
How can I track my Aramex parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email from TVSN. Click the tracking link in the email to see your parcel’s journey on Aramex Connect.
You can also track your order directly at aramexconnect.com.au by entering your tracking number.
Track your Aramex parcel with ease using Receiving Mode
What is Receiving Mode?
Receiving Mode is an option in Aramex Connect’s free online portal that allows you to:
- Track all your parcels in one place
- See photo proof or signature proof of delivery
- Book redeliveries or redirect your parcel if needed
- Add nicknames to parcels to easily identify them
How do I sign up for Receiving Mode?
It only takes a minute:
- Go to aramexConnect.com.au
- Enter your email address (use the same one you used for your order)
- Create a password
- Confirm your password
- Click Register
Can I see where my parcel was delivered?
Yes. If your parcel was left without a signature (Authority to Leave),
you can log in to Receiving Mode to view a photo showing where
your parcel was placed. TVSN parcels under a specific value are
automatically marked as Authority to Leave.
Can I see who signed for my parcel?
Yes. If your parcel required a signature, you’ll be able to see a copy
of the signature in Receiving Mode.
Flat Rate Delivery Promotion
What is the Flat Rate Delivery Promotion?
The Flat Rate Delivery Promotion offers customers a standard delivery fee based on their License to Shop (LTS) level when purchasing items on-air or online at tvsn.com.au or tvsn.co.nz between 12:00 am AEDT 29th April and 8:29am AEDT 6th October 2025.
TVSN’s standard delivery fee was charged per item, whereas our flat rate there is only one delivery fee for your order, regardless of how many items you are ordering. (Exclusions apply.)
The more items you order (in a single transaction), the more you save on delivery!
Are there any exclusions to the promotion?
Yes, excluded are:
- Gift Cards
- Orders placed via IVR that include Easy Payments
- Express Postage
- Bulky Items
- Select Regional Postcodes
