Whats included in the bundle?

• Round, fluted, tart tin & non-stick reusable baking sheets: Ultra resistant, 28cm stainless steel, perforated mould perfect for sweet or savoury tarts. With a removable base, you can use the steel mould on its own or with reusable baking sheets.
• Non-stick silicone baking mat: Silicone-coated fibreglass fabric so the dough will not stick to the mesh. The baking mat can be combined with a perforated aluminium oven tray for perfect cooking. Perfect for baking pastry, bread, pizza and tarts.
• Non-stick rectangular cake/loaf tin: Strong and fully watertight mould. Ideal for making savoury or sweet cakes.
• Non-stick silicone muffin mould: Ideal for making traditional muffins, chocolate fondants and various other sweet or savoury foods, hot or cold. The black mould absorbs heat and distributes it evenly, resulting in very good caramelisation of pastries.

With its unique contours and drive system, the dough hook is specially designed to double the capacity of the Cook Expert for making dough.

Allows 1.6KG of bread dough & 1.2KG of brioche to be made in the Cook Expert.

Specific attachment for kneading large amount of yeast-raised dough. Using our universal dough blade, you can make up to 1 loaf of bread at a time, or enough brioche for 4 to 6 people.
