Love the product, but I have the XXL model and with mine came the rack, I have several family members who have purchased the same model and the rack is not included.
Why are they not included, I use mine a lot and it is an important part of the airfryer.
Also, I have found it very hard to be able to purchase one. I notice the Party Master Kit is unavailable now on your website, does that mean the rack will no longer be available or is it just a supply issue.

Brilliant way to make the most out of the cooking time and get meals moving by layering up. Was a bit skeptical that things might not cook as well, or brown as well, but it doesn't seem to make any difference with items coming out the same as if you had cooked separately, but in some instances (roast with veg underneath a chicken as an example), the taste is so much better and any fat or oil moves to the lower regions. The separator is fantastic - easy to use and clean and just helps separate so you can put more in without things spilling over. No soggy chips with your vegetables! Well worth adding to your purchase.

I purchased an XXLFyer and I'm very happay with it, I came wil the XLparty master which is too small for the fryer. Myer cant swap it tor the XXL as they dont stock it. What can I do as I dont want to purchase aother one?

Sell the divider seperately when you ship the Air Fryer already with the Double Layer accessory. Please!

So the double layer accessory comes included with the XXL we just purchased, yet the divider isn't included.
I can obtain the divider through this Party Master kit, but that also comes another double layer?
Some very odd decisions made by Philips indeed.
P.S XXL Air Fryer is great! Get one.
Conscan't purchase the divider by itself, double layer already comes with xxl air fryer

The rack comes already with the air fryer so you end up with two of them.
The divider is nothing special either.
Prosdivider works ok
Constoo expensive
