Oven safe to 250C. Not suitable for use in microwave oven. Dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended. We recommend wooden or silicone kitchen tools to avoid damage to the enamel coating. Always allow to cool down before cleaning, run cold water over a hot pot can potentially cause cracks due to sudden change in temperature. Soak in warm water with a small amount of dishwashing liquid to remove stubborn residue. Do not heat cast iron rapidly, low to medium heat required only. We recommend that you brush your cast iron product at regular intervals with cooking oil and slowly heat it on the stove and remove excess oil with a kitchen paper towel. Do not use oven cleaners, metal brushes or scouring pads as they can damage cookware. Fridge and Freezer safe
