Directions:

Allow food contents to cool before vacuum sealing. Ensure the rim of the canister is clean and dry, then carefully place the lid in position. Place the pump onto the seal and hold it firmly down while pumping out the air until a vacuum is formed and no more air can be extracted. To release the vacuum, lift the end of the valve, release pressure, and then enjoy. Release vacuum pressure before using canisters in the microwave. Use the dishwasher or hand wash canister between uses as necessary.
