Charlie Bears was established in 2005 in North Yorkshire, before moving down to Cornwall in the South of England. The brand owned and run by husband and wife team Charlie and William Morris. Their continuing aim is to create handmade bears of the highest quality. Each bears warm, inviting and emotive face is the result of hours of skilled labor. Past and current Charlie Bears teddy bear artists include Isabelle Lee from Korea, Australian Lisa Rosenbaum and Kiwi Heather Lyell.

Charlie Bears Anniversary Willamena Exclusives

Anniversary Willamena from the 2025 Charlie Bears Exclusive Collection, is in honour of Charlie Bears 20th year. She is based on a bear called Willamena who was released in 2020. She has been brought to life using a vanilla-coloured fur plush with some darker tipping on the ends. She has a hand stitched nose, mouth and adorable tickly toe detailing upon her beautifully sculptured paws. Around Anniversary Willamenas neck, she wears a sting necklace which holds a heart shaped pendant just like the original Willamena. She features the much-loved Charlie Bears signature who me? look. Inside this bear’s travel box, you will find a Charlie Bears recipe card and a bear care leaflet.
