De Beers Origin Story connects each client with the unique story behind their diamond. What makes it unique, rare and personal, and the positive impact it has created for people and the planet.
The Code of Origin is an inscription that provides assurance that your diamond is a natural diamond, discovered by De Beers Group. It was discovered in Botswana, Canada, Namibia or South Africa, where it has helped provide jobs, healthcare and education, with a particular focus on programs supporting women and girls. It is conflict-free and meets our industry-leading ethical standards. It has helped protect the planet through wildlife conservation and our commitment to be carbon neutral by 2030.
Each De Beers Diamond 0.08ct and above will come with its own Origin Story card. Your card will come with a QR code that when scanned with your mobile device, will take you to a page with more information about your diamond.
Each De Beers Diamonds 0.30ct and above will come with a full traceability package showing the color, quality and origin of the stone.
This pendant features:
- 13 x round cut natural De Beers diamond measuring approx. 1.40mm with a combined minimum diamond weight of 0.15ct.
- 1 x round cut natural De Beers diamond measuring approx. 3.10mm with a combined minimum diamond weight of 0.12ct.
- Featuring an 18ct diamond cut chain.
- Total combined number of diamonds for this piece is 14, with a total combined minimum diamond weight of 0.27ct.
- Expertly crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a metal weight of 2.73 grams.
The pendant measures approx. 15mm in length and approx. 8mm wide.
The bale has internal dimensions of approx. 3.5x3mm and can take chains up to 2.5mm.
This piece includes a belcher link chain measuring 1mm in width and 40.5-45.5cm in length.
The chain features a parrot clasp.
