- TVSN virtual Gift Cards can be used as full or partial payment for the purchase of goods through our websites iTVSN.com.au, mobile site m.tvsn.com.au, TVSN.co.nz or mobile site m.tvsn.co.nz. They can also be used by calling the Customer Care Team on 13 23 10 or 0800 101 301.
- TVSN virtual Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The value or the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card cannot be transferred to a new TVSN virtual Gift Card.
- TVSN is unable to cancel a TVSN virtual Gift Card once issued.
- TVSN virtual Gift Cards cannot be used on existing orders or outstanding part payments - they can only be used for new purchases.
- TVSN virtual Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the initial date of issue. Once expired, the value of a TVSN virtual Gift Card or any remaining balance will expire and not be refunded or credited.
- If the full amount of a TVSN virtual Gift Card is not used in one transaction, the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card will be credited to the customer's account for future purchases and this value must be used within 3 years from the initial date of issue of the TVSN virtual Gift Card.
- To check the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card, call our friendly Customer Care Team.
- TVSN's terms and conditions for the License to Shop program apply to any transaction involving a TVSN Virtual Gift Card. These terms and conditions are available on our website or in hardcopy by request.
- TVSN is unable to replace the TVSN virtual Gift Card if it is stolen or if there is unauthorised use of it.
- The value or the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card is non-transferable.

Gift Cards allow the holder to view an array of different items. It is a very convenient way to shop. Gift Cards are very easy obtained and then spent. It is more memorable as the holder can choose what they actually like. Also it is more respectful than placing cash in the envelope.

Was given cards for my Birthday and was very excited to be able to purchase some of my favourite TVSN products, however upon waiting months for my chosen brand to have an event I went to order online only for the system to not accept the gift cards and hence was unable to process my order. Subsequently I missed out on buying these products at the special prices (which also included the TSO). When I emailed my complaint I felt they were very blase about the whole incident and no offer to try and rectify was forthcoming.
No, I do not recommend this product.

When I purchased my wife her last TVSN voucher and it came in the mail I wasn't able to catch it and it wasn't a surprise for her Birthday, buying the this Virtual card was so good, it was emailed to me I printed it and she didn't know a thing until it was opened on Christmas day. It was easy to use and Valerie was pretty happy and impressed I got in here without her knowing, would buy again for sure.
