- TVSN virtual Gift Cards can be used as full or partial payment for the purchase of goods through our websites iTVSN.com.au, mobile site m.tvsn.com.au, TVSN.co.nz or mobile site m.tvsn.co.nz. They can also be used by calling the Customer Care Team on 13 23 10 or 0800 101 301.
- TVSN virtual Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The value or the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card cannot be transferred to a new TVSN virtual Gift Card.
- TVSN is unable to cancel a TVSN virtual Gift Card once issued.
- TVSN virtual Gift Cards cannot be used on existing orders or outstanding part payments - they can only be used for new purchases.
- TVSN virtual Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the initial date of issue. Once expired, the value of a TVSN virtual Gift Card or any remaining balance will expire and not be refunded or credited.
- If the full amount of a TVSN virtual Gift Card is not used in one transaction, the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card will be credited to the customer's account for future purchases and this value must be used within 3 years from the initial date of issue of the TVSN virtual Gift Card.
- To check the balance of a TVSN virtual Gift Card, call our friendly Customer Care Team.
- TVSN's terms and conditions for the License to Shop program apply to any transaction involving a TVSN Virtual Gift Card. These terms and conditions are available on our website or in hardcopy by request.
- TVSN is unable to replace the TVSN virtual Gift Card if it is stolen or if there is unauthorised use of it.

I purchased 2 x $50 and 1 x $25 gift card at the same time as a gift for mothers day. When my mum tried to use the gift cards, the $25 didn't work. The customer service team couldn't explain the issue and had to look into it- the next day they said it was resolved. Whilst my mum still has 12 months left to use the card its disappointing that she wasn't able to use it on the day for her purchase, she had to use her own money to complete the purchase. I feel once the issue was resolved they should've used the $25 gift card to give a refund to my mum since the gift card didn't work as advertised

These cards are a great gift idea for those that are hard to purchase gifts for. Remember that the amount on the gift card given when they go to purchase an item that they will also have to add postage to the item chosen so you may wish to purchase a higher amount for a voucher for those that you gift to. Example deduct postage from this voucher for an item you wish to maybe purchase, and you are left with about $15 only to spend on an item. Postage is free for the card voucher to be sent to whom you wish to send this voucher to. I wish i chose a higher gift card because by the time you deduct postage for an item they wish to purchase they do have less to spend on an item. There are expiry dates on these cards, and you can not use these cards on any existing payments that you may have. I recommend these cards, but be careful as to what voucher amount you get for whom you send these cards to as i would have chosen a higher gift card if i had realised that postage still needs to be added to an item they wish to purchase.
