1.60ct Italian Vesuvianite, Tsavorite & 0.11ct Dia. Ring 9ct YG
Born in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, Italian Vesuvianite is a gem with both fiery origins and timeless beauty. First discovered in the lava slopes of the famous volcano in the late 18th century, this striking mineral takes its name directly from its birthplace.
Vesuvianite displays a spectrum of colours, but Italian varieties are most admired for their rich greens, earthy browns, and golden tones, reminiscent of the fertile landscapes surrounding Vesuvius itself. With a Mohs hardness of 6.5, it is both durable and versatile, making it an alluring choice for unique jewellery and collectible gems.
Rarely seen on the mainstream gem market, Natural Italian Vesuvianite is more than just a stone, it’s a piece of history.
