Wagogo Peridot
3.03ct Wagogo Peridot & 0.20ct Dia. Pendant 18ct YG OAK
Born from volcanic fire and hidden within the remote Rubeho Mountains of Tanzania, Wagogo Peridot is a radiant treasure mined by the Wagogo people from a deposit so scarce, it may soon vanish. Revered since antiquity as the “Evening Emerald,” Peridot’s luminous green glow, rich with golden undertones, retains its brilliance from sunlight to candlelight, thanks to its unique double refraction. What sets Wagogo Peridot apart is its incredibly pure apple green hue, with barely any secondary tones, making it one of the rarest and most desirable varieties in the world. Naturally unenhanced and precision cut in Thailand to enhance its lustre, each gem reflects exceptional clarity, vibrant colour, and a high polish finish. With only a tiny portion of crystals suitable for fine jewellery and recent mining now nearly halted, Wagogo Peridot is not only beautiful, but also truly collectible.
