1.60ct Padparadscha Sapphire & 0.10ct Dia. Ring 9ct RG

Padparadscha Sapphire is among the rarest gems on the planet. Clarity is important in the padparadschas Sapphire because with their light colouration inclusions are easily revealed. They are strikingly beautiful and almost no other coloured gemstone compares to their unique mix of pink and orange. To be named a Padparadscha Sapphire, the gem should exhibit both colours. Padparadscha sapphires are a variety of Corundum, an aluminium oxide mineral that forms in crystals. Padparadscha sapphires are mainly found in Sri Lanka, as well as Madagascar and Tanzania.

This ring features:

• 10 x Oval cut Madagascan Padparadscha Sapphire gemstones measuring approx. 4x3mm each with a combined minimum gemstone weight of 1.60ct.
• 22 x Round cut Natural Diamond measuring approx. 0.9-1.15mm each with a combined minimum weight of 0.10ct. 
• The collection comprises a total of 32 gemstones, with a combined minimum weight of 1.70ct.
• Expertly crafted in 9ct Rose Gold with a metal weight of 2.55grams.

The ring sits approx. 5.6mm above the finger and measures approx. 18mm down the finger.

The band measures approx. 2.7mm at the shoulder and approx. 2mm at the base.
