Mozambique Garnet comes from the Niassa Province of Mozambique. The warm, classic red of this Garnet is similar to that of Ruby. Garnet’s name is derived from the Latin ‘granum’, which means ‘seed’, due to some Garnets’ resemblance to pomegranate seeds.

One of the most affordable yet beautiful of all Garnets, Mozambique Garnet displays a timeless beauty, resembling both the Garnets of antiquity as well as the popular Bohemian Garnets of the 19th century.

This bracelet features:

• 15 x Pear cut Natural Mozambique Garnet gemstones measuring approx. 6x4mm each with a combined minimum gemstone weight of 7.32ct.
• 14 x Round cut Natural Mozambique Garnet gemstones measuring approx. 1.25mm each with a combined minimum gemstone weight of 0.18ct.
• Total combined minimum gemstone weight for this piece is 7.50ct.
• Expertly crafted in 9ct Yellow Gold with a metal weight of 5.31grams.

The bracelet measures approx. 19cm in length and measures approx.4 mm wide.

The bracelet sits approx. 3mm above the wrist and is secured using a box clasp and 2 figure of eight safety catches.
