One of the world’s most colourful, coveted and wearable gemstones, fine Tourmalines are incredibly scarce. Brazil is forever synonymous with Tourmalines’ long prized for their beautiful, desirable hues. Highly-coveted for their signature, natural canary yellows, these long-vaulted Brazilian Tourmalines acquired in 2019, feature a classic, historic quality-pedigree, challenging to obtain. Mined over 20 years ago in the famous Brazilian state of Minas Gerais (General Mines), they hail from the world-renowned gem fields of Araçuaí (pronounced: ara-soo-i-ee), in the Jequitinhonha Valley, two hours from the international gemstone town of Governador Valadares.
These earrings feature:
- 16 x Round cut Natural Brazilian Canary Tourmaline gemstones measuring approx. 3mm each with a combined minimum gemstone weight of 1.36ct.
- Expertly crafted in 9ct Yellow Gold with a metal weight of 3.6grams.
Each earring measures approx. 16mm in length and approx. 3mm wide.
The earrings are secured using a post and hinge back fitting - for pierced ears only.
