Had this for a week and I agree, it looks a lot easier on TV than it is. But, each day I can do it a little more than yesterday so will do what I can. I’ve had a knee replacement and have back issues and so far it seems okay. The only thing is the T bar, for me, could be longer. Don’t know why it just doesn’t come with the other T bar - what a waste and extra expense.

Much harder than it looks

I bought the Leg Master to help tone my pelvic floor and inner legs. I thought doing 1 minute a day was not enough and thought surely you need to do it much longer than that. Well, it was easy to set up but OMG I could barely do 5 reps, how was I going to reach 1 minute of this? I pushed through and reached 1 minute but it was a real struggle. Now I totally understand why they promote that you only need to do it 1 minute per day. It's a tough 1 minute until you get used to it, but you feel the difference. This machine really does get results.

Bought this was excited to receive only to find not easy at all maybe when sitting found it hurt my legs and I'm pretty fit as I walk 1 hour .the bar I found hard to even press down when doing legs only can do 5 mins on both U can build but I find this equipment not fun and sadly so much packaging that to return would be impossible so sitting there doing nothing in corner like all fitness equipment U watch presenters look great and easy till get home waste of moni .

I'm like others who watched so many shows of the LegMaster before saying "It's time to give this a try! ". I've been using my Gazelle glider to get steps in (& was hoping it might strengthen my pelvic floor ?..Na!). I couldn't wait to unpack it & hop on. I couldn't move the gliders at all !!! Lol. I thought "Come on! I must have *some* muscle to use!??" I stood there & had a think..to 'regroup'. I lifted my body as I moved & had to use the handle just to get going. Wow! I did 5 movements only, just touching the handlebar, not using it to assist my slides. My inner thighs & right up inside kind of burned (not hurt!) after I sat down. I noticed my inner ankle hurt just a little, so I thought about my technique!? The next morning, I made sure I used my thighs to move inwards & not my feet. I used the bar to just help me lift up & inward for the first slide. I did 20....three times that day. I started using the progress chart that came with it & so, increase by 1 a day. Still, I manage to put 3-4 strokes in each square for that day. Having the recommend 'Rest' day on the 7th, was hard to do! Week two & I can definitely feel it working those unused muscles. I thought it would take 2-3 months to notice any change with incontinence? . I can already tell there's a small improvement in getting to the loo on time. If I can even halve this problem, it'll be a fantastic, life changing thing! I'm already pretty sure it'll be much better than that!

I thought my legs where strong obviously I was wrong. I received my leg master today and I only managed 6. I have a new appreciation for the people doing it on tv and how easy they make it look. Hoping it’s me be day. Brilliant simple machine. Thankyou

I had to stop using it

It is a beautiful piece of equipment and easy to set up and fold but it is just not for everybody. I developed bad knees pain. I think this is only for the very fit people. Better walk more.
