• Place in the fridge or freezer for one hour.
• Clean your face and apply serum or a mask.
• Use on skin for up to 5 minutes in gliding motions outwards and upwards.
• When using the globes from the freezer, ensure they are not stationary to avoid freezer burn.
• Clean tools with soap and water.
