• Download the FOREO For You app. Activate Bluetooth and sync device with the app
• Cleanse your face with an oil-free cleanser, removing makeup, oils, and impurities.
• Apply a thin layer of FOREOs conductive serum for a safe and effective treatment.
• Select your pre-set routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually with the universal button.
• Glide BEAR across your skin for 2 minutes across desired areas. The device will switch off once the routine is complete. Continue with your regular skincare routine on top of SERUM SERUM SERUM.
• Use for 2 minutes once a day.

Suggested Usage

1. Use morning and evening on clean skin before moisturizer. For best results, cleanse with FOREO LUNA™ and Micro-Foam Cleanser.

2. Dispense 1-2 pumps of serum onto your fingertips.

3. Massage serum over face and neck, using circular motions until micro-capsules are fully melted into your skin. Use it with any FOREO device with firming massage mode to enhance its absorption or microcurrent devices to assist with additional plumping.

4. Follow with your remaining skincare routine.
