Be very careful when selecting your temperature of choice 140C is recommended for delicate, fine, coloured, or brittle hair, 160C for fine to medium hair thickness, and 180C for normal, coarse and heavy hair. But always do a test first and consult with a hair professional before using if you are unsure if a hot tool is appropriate and safe for your hair.
