Follow these simple steps to achieve stunning eye looks with ease.

Prep Your Eyelids:

It's important to start with clean skin. If you have dry skin, apply a light moisturiser or eye cream; however, avoid moisturising the eye area if you have oily skin or live in a humid climate. Use Adorn Cosmetics' Corrective Cream Tinted Eyelid Primer or a light concealer shade to help cover discolouration on the eyelids.

Dry Eye Shadow Application:

For a soft, natural eye shadow look, dip your brush into the eye shadow, tapping off any excess. When applying eye shadow as an all-over eyelid 'wash' of colour, use a patting motion to avoid 'fall out' under the eyes. Start from the inner corners and blend outwards. For definition in the socket area, use a rounded dome-shaped brush and apply eye shadow in a gentle 'sweeping' motion.

Wet Application:

For a more intense, dramatic look, damp your eye shadow brush with water or Rosewater Face Mist. Dip the damp brush into the eye shadow, picking up a small amount of mineral powder. Apply the wet eye shadow onto your eyelids using the same technique as dry application.

Layer and Blend:

Layer the eye shadow powder to build up the desired intensity, blending as you go to create a seamless transition between colours. Use a clean, blending dome-shaped brush with long bristles to soften any harsh lines and ensure a flawless finish.

Highlight and Accentuate:

Use a lighter shade of eye shadow to highlight the inner corners of your eyes and the brow bone. Apply a darker shade to the outer corners or crease to add depth and dimension to your eye look.
