Mix a teaspoonful of the mask with a small amount of water in the palm of your hand. Apply to damp skin in circular motions for about a minute avoiding the eye area. Allow to set for 5 minutes & then remove with a damp, warm cloth. The product may cause a tingly sensation. Once fully removed, moisturize well. For best results, use once a week
