Use on freshly washed towel dried hair. Apply to mid-lengths and ends. Comb through for even distribution. Leave 10 mins for a mini treatment or up to 30 mins or longer for intense repair and moisture replacement. Rinse thoroughly.

USE: Apply to wet hair, pre-shampoo, and massage through from mid-lengths to ends thoroughly for at least 10 minutes or up to 20 minutes for an intense treatment. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo and condition with My Hair Doctor range.
