  Garbo & Kelly On Point Pencil

  Designed for fuller & buildable brow effects from natural to more defined dramatic looks. The spooley brush end helps spread pigment through the brow evenly. Will fill gaps and create varied widths for hairlike strokes or defined finishes. Precision cut with angled point to customise your desired intensity.

  Use the sharpest point for fine hairlike strokes. Back/medium tip for defining along the brow & tails or to create medium size strokes. Flat side for thicker strokes. Apply as needed & fuller finishes.
