My Hair Doctor Everyday Shampoo Apply to wet hair and scalp, lather. Leave for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Follow with My Hair Doctor Everyday Conditioner. My Hair Doctor Everyday Conditioner After shampooing, squeeze excess water and apply to mid lengths and ends. Comb through for even distribution and leave up to 5 minutes.
