Remove cap, twist the base at the end until whitening serum is dispensed. Apply a thin layer of serum onto teeth twice daily or as required. Do not eat anything for 30 minutes after use.

Tear open foil packet to reveal 2 whitening strips, one for the upper and one for the lower. Apply strips to the teeth for 30 minutes, or up to 60 minutes a day for deeper stains. Avoid eating or drinking. Once 30 60 minutes is reached remove and discard.

Apply toothpaste to the bristles first.

Dip lightly into the powder so the bristles are evenly coated.

Brush teeth as usual.

Use the powder once a day for a maximum of 14 days and then revert to 3-4 times a week for maintenance whitening.
