Step 1: Start with clean, dry skin, free of oil and makeup.

Step 2: Before using the device on your face, practice on your hand or arm, using the lowest suction setting, and adjust to desired setting.

Step 3: Using your free hand, pull the area tightly and sweep in a short upward motion. Lift the device off your skin at the top, and continue moving in upward motions across the skin.

Step 4: Make no more than 2-3 short passes over the same area.

Step 5: Should be used 1-2 times weekly.
