USE: Apply to wet hair and scalp. Leave for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Follow with My HairDoctor Scalp Health Conditioner.

After shampooing, squeeze excess water and apply to mid-lengths and ends. Comb through for even distribution and leave up to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and style with products from My HairDoctor range.

Use on freshly washed towel dried hair. Apply to mid-lengths and ends. Comb through for even distribution. Leave 10 mins for a mini treatment or up to 30 mins or longer for intense repair and moisture replacement. Rinse thoroughly.
