Care Instructions:
Do not use in microwave.
Do not submerge hot cookware/lid in cold water. Let your cookware/lid cool down before placing in (cold) water.
Wash in warm soapy water before first usage.
Heat settings are very important, low to medium heat settings are recommended, prevent the pan from becoming too hot, minimizing carbonization of food and oils.
Note: after a while, there is a natural reduction of the nonstick properties. This process is accelerated by prolonged expose of the nonstick surface to the high heat, which causes the carbonization of food and oil.
Add a small amount of oil or butter when preheating.
We recommend using silicone and wood utensils for your coating to last longer.
Use pan protectors to store your cookware, that way you wont damage the non-stick coating.
Clean your cookware after each use, leftover fats can carbonize fast.
In case of a brownish layer (carbonization) gently scrub with a melamine sponge and some plain water.
