Staub Round Rd Cocotte w/ Steamer 26cm/5.2L Black
The cocotte with special steamer insert made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel allows you to cook various ingredients at the same time. Thanks to the thick silicone seal and the holes in the steamer insert surface, heat is distributed evenly in the casserole dish. The cocotte has a diameter of 26cm and a capacity of 5.2 litres. You can use the cocotte on all types of cookers, including induction hobs, as well as in the oven. It has a matt black enamel coating on the inside. The material is durable, easy to clean and popular among top chefs as well as newcomers to cooking, thanks to its outstanding qualities. The cocotte has a highly efficient braising effect that preserves the natural flavours of your ingredients. The enamel coating retains heat and releases it gradually and evenly. The special structure on the inside of the lid drips condensation evenly back onto the cooking food, keeping it particularly juicy and tender. After removing the steamer insert, the black cocotte from Staub can also be used for serving dishes in style.

Care Instructions:
Oven safe to 250C. Not suitable for use in microwave oven. Dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended. We recommend wooden or silicone kitchen tools to avoid damage to the enamel coating. Always allow to cool down before cleaning, run cold water over a hot pot can potentially cause cracks due to sudden change in temperature. Soak in warm water with a small amount of dishwashing liquid to remove stubborn residue. Do not heat cast iron rapidly, low to medium heat required only. We recommend that you brush your cast iron product at regular intervals with cooking oil and slowly heat it on the stove and remove excess oil with a kitchen paper towel. Do not use oven cleaners, metal brushes or scouring pads as they can damage cookware.
