SS Caramelised Balsamic with Pepper 250ml

Great as a dipping sauce for breads, drizzled over any green salad or with roasted vegetables.

SS Roast Chilli Sesame Marinade 250ml

Simply marinate your favourite cut of steak, chicken or pork for a min of 30 minutes then sear on the BBQ plate. Also great as a base for a stir fry or as a dipping sauce.

SS Maple Syrup and Bourbon Liquid Brine 500ml

This mild liquid brine with a balanced flavour of maple syrup and bourbon, tenderises while retaining moisture, juice and above all, flavour.

SS Roast Chilli Sesame Marinade 250ml

Marinate any type of meat prior to cooking.

SS Maple Syrup and Bourbon Liquid Brine 500ml

1. Shake before use and pour the desired amount into a bowl. Use approx. 200ml of brine for 1kg of product.
2. Fill the injector with brine from the bowl. Inject and pull back slowly.
3. Inject the prescribed amount evenly in the product approx. every 2cm.
4. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour. Discard the remaining brine from the bowl.
