Directions: Allow food contents to cool before sealing the QuickPot bowl using the Universal Vacuum Lid. Ensure the rim of the bowl is clean and dry then carefully centre the lid on top of the bowl. Place the pump onto the seal and hold it firmly down while gently pumping out the air until a vacuum is formed and no more air can be extracted. Hand wash the universal lid and pump as necessary between uses. Do not place in dishwasher or microwave.
