Charlie Bears was established in 2005 in North Yorkshire, before moving down to Cornwall in the South of England. The brand owned and run by husband and wife team Charlie and William Morris. Their continuing aim is to create handmade bears of the highest quality. Each bears warm, inviting and emotive face is the result of hours of skilled labor. Past and current Charlie Bears teddy bear artists include Isabelle Lee from Korea, Australian Lisa Rosenbaum and Kiwi Heather Lyell.

Charlie Bears Charnwood

Charnwood is a beautiful free-standing bear that has been designed for the 2024 Charlie Bears Plush Collection. He has been created using a mix of greys plush fabrics. Charnwood has a hand stitched nose, mouth and tickly toe detailing upon his front paws that are beautifully sculptured. He has flat feet which allows him to stand completely unaided, but as he is jointed, he can also sit if you choose. Charnwood is wearing a double-sided necktie which has been tied into a bow around his neck; on one side it is blue checkers and the other is a faux suede in a slate blue colour. He features the very much-loved signature Charlie Bears who me? look which finishes off his look perfectly. Inside Charnwood’s travel box, you will find a Charlie Bears recipe card and a bear care leaflet.
