Spanning 38.60mm in diameter, the crown-sized flan is graced with the portraits of an incredible THIRTEEN British monarchs many of whom played a crucial role in the development of modern Australia.

Highlighted by the portrait of Charles III, set above a depiction of the Imperial State Crown, the coin also features the portraits of his twelve predecessors, from Queen Anne to Queen Elizabeth II. This includes all six monarchs from the House of Hanover George I, II, III & IV, William IV and Queen Victoria as well as Edward VII, George V, Edward VIII & George VI. Notably, the depictions of all Charles’ predecessors are based on original coinage portraits.
