Wouldn't install

Could not get the device to install on my desktop computer, said it may take up to 3 re-boots to fully install - didn't happen. Tried to follow their instructions for such a situation, no success. Unfortunately can't return as I've had it for a few months before I attempted to use it. Reading the reviews I see some have used it successfully, but unfortunately I am among those that could not get it to install.

I bought two of these, one for my grandson who needs a computer for his first year at secondary school, he will get it for Christmas. I have used mine twice as it doesn't need to be used often. I am reassured that any viruses are wiped off.

Unable to install it, despite how easy it was made to look when it was demonstrated, all in all very misleading. Had a technician here and he had problems with it as well. Unfortunately unable to return as it is out of time because I had to wait to get someone to look at it. Would NOT recommend at all

Very disappointed with this product because I had high hopes and expectations that it would fix my computer but it didn’t! I found it easy to use, and it did eliminate one virus from my HP laptop, but unfortunately my computer was still working very slow, freezing and not functioning properly afterwards! The next day I decided to throw away my computer because I couldn’t get it to turn on, I had high hopes the fix me stick could repair and fix it as the presenter made out that this product was a game changer, and that is all I would need to fix my computer..Clearly NOT! Great marketing TVSN

Very Disappointed - Definitely not for the Novice

I thought the FMS would be great but I am so very disappointed. I am a Novice and was told it was easy but it is not, instructions need to be updated for the Novice. I have tried to run it twice now on my Laptop after trying out how to use it, the first time I ran for 6 hours!!! Then it stalled on No. 5 Processing Files with no further instructions so removed FMS and switched off Laptop, tried again today same thing happened stalled at No. 5 Processing Files!!! with no instructions, again removed FMS and switched off Laptop - WHAT NOW - return for hopefully a refund??? Definitely NOT FOR THE NOVICE - would NOT recommend!

Upon opening I found this very hard to activate. The instructions on the packet were very basic and misleading, making it out to be very quick and easy to activate. Nowhere near as easy as the show or presenter made it out to be! I watched several videos and ended up ringing TVSN and after much conversation between us the lady and I managed to work out how to get it started ! Not for the novice. Eventually it did work and removed the viruses it found. Not sure I will be able to remember how to do it again ! I do wonder if it was worth the hype or is it just a one use wonder that is too hard to bother using again.
