BODY Collagen is a collagen, protein and nutrient complex to support healthy joints, mobility, flexibility and muscle function. Care Instructions:

Directions for use: Adults: Mix 1 ½ tablespoons (13 g) into 200 mL of water or your favourite drink and consume immediately. Storage: Store below 25C in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon and use within 90 days of opening.

The tub contains a moisture absorbent sachet which should be discarded upon opening the tub. Do not use it if tamper evident seal is broken. Made in Australia with organic ingredients. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs and artificial ingredients (preservatives, flavours and sweeteners). Not suitable for vegans.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Body Collagen vanilla
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling

Method

  1. Place the peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and use a spoon to mix them together a little.
  2. Add the oats, desiccated coconut and Body Collagen to the bowl and mix well. They should form a slightly sticky dough, with a consistency where it can be rolled into balls. Once the mixture has largely come together, you can test it by rolling a bit into a ball with your hands. If it’s too dry add a small dash of water until it reaches the right consistency.
  3. Roll heaped tablespoons of the dough into balls and then roll in the extra desiccated coconut to coat.
  4. Place the balls in the fridge to firm up a little. Enjoy!

Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate Body Collagen™
  • cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine 1 cup of the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. Melt over boiling water.
  3. Add the eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla to a bowl and mix to combine. Add in the melted chocolate and mix again.
  4. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Pour mixture into a lined baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
