The Ahara Body Tonic is Australian made using Australian Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) fermented from fruit grown in the pristine Illawarra catchment area. This base is then blended with select Ayurvedic fruits along with a specific strain of probiotics added at over 1 billion per serve. Ahara is 100% natural with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It is also GMO free, dairy free, gluten free, has no added sugar, and is low in kilojoules. 

Directions:

Shake well before pouring. Mix a serving of Ahara (20mL or 1 tablespoon) with 200mL of water for a cool, refreshing tonic.

Recommended 1 serve per day. Do not exceed 4 serves per day. May contain traces of caffeine. Children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers should consult their healthcare practitioner before using. This body tonic is not the sole source of nutrition.
