Blend 1 teaspoon (5 grams) into 200ml of water or your favourite drink. Consume immediately. Best taken with food.
Before opening: Store below 25°C in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Always use a dry spoon and use within 90 days of opening.
