Safety Warning & Advice

• For indoor use only.
• Ensure you inspect the unit regularly and before each use for damage and wear. Paying special attention to components most susceptible to wear such as the rope, flywheel, rollers and all connection points.
• Always use the SpaceGym™ on a dry, level and solid surface.
• It's advised to do some warming-up and/or appropriate stretches before using the SpaceGym™ to avoid muscle injury.
• If you have not done any sport/exercises for a long time, or if you have a heart problem, neurological problem, circulatory disturbances, or orthopaedic problems, you should first consult your doctor before using the SpaceGym™.
• Always increase speed, intensity and duration of exercises gradually.
• Consult your doctor immediately if you feel sick, experience pain in joints or other locations, aches, abnormal heartbeat rate or any other abnormal symptoms.
• If you have any doubts about your ability to exercise safely, please consult your doctor before using SpaceGym™.
• The SpaceGym™ is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have supervision or have been given instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
