The flexible handlebar is a simple addition to the Leg Master. It can be used in isolation without using the lower leg action, simply standing on the pedals and gently with your fingertips under the bar pulsing it in an upwards motion for just a few repetitions will immediately activate and start toning, strengthening and redefining the arms the biceps the pectoral muscles and chest area, all the core and the abdomen and the very important pelvic floor and pelvic area are also activated when you pulse the arms upwards.
