1 Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3 Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years old. Permanent and casual employees of the Promoter contractors, subcontractors and subsidiary agents of the Promoter, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
4 To be entered into the draw to win you need to purchase from the Promoter, any item in the TVSN 30th Birthday selection between 5:30pm AEST 04 May 2025 and 7:00pm AEST 04 May 2025
5 Any TVSN 30th Birthday item purchased from the Promoter will automatically enter you into the draw to win on the following basis:
(a) Each transaction constitutes one entry only;
(b) Purchasing multiple on-air items in a single transaction constitutes one entry only; and
(c) Purchasing multiple on-air items in separate transactions constitutes multiple entries.
6 This is a game of chance and determining the Winner is picked at random.
7 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize from a Winner if the prize Winner’s TVSN account is in arrears.
8 There are 3 prizes / 3 Winners. The prize consists of:
3x TVSN Voucher valued at $300
The total prize is valued at $900.00. Values are in AUD and are correct at the time of printing.
The prize will be credited to the winners’ TVSN account and will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of deposit.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
9 The Competition opens at 5:30pm AEST 04 May 2025 and closes on 7:00pm AEST 04 May 2025.
10 The Winners of the Competition will be drawn between 8:30 and 8:50 a.m. AEST on 05 May 2025 and notified in writing within seven days of the prize draw.
The Promoter will announce the winner’s first name, last name and state live on air during the Good Morning TVSN show broadcast on 05 May 2025 between 8:50 a.m and 9:30 a.m.
The winner’s first name, last name and state will be announced on tvsn.com.au and even.co.nz within 30 days.
Each winner will be notified by phone of its winning entry. (The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the winner prior to the live announcement, but accepts no responsibility where it is unable to do so).
The draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
11 If the Winner is from South Australia, then that Winner will forfeit their prize if they cannot be contacted within three months after being announced, and the Promoter will instead redraw the forfeited prize at 8:30am AEST 05 August 2025.
If a Winner from any other State or Territory cannot be contacted within two weeks after being announced as the Winner, then the prize will be forfeited by the original Winner and the Promoter will redraw the prize at 8:30am AEST 25th March 2025.
The redrawn winners will be notified in writing within seven days of the prize draw and the winner details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on tvsn.com.au and tvsn.co.nz within 30 days.
The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
12 Subject to the relevant state authority approval, if the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
13 The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for prizes or deliveries damaged, lost or otherwise delayed in transit.
14 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
15 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a) a prize winner does not satisfy the competition entry requirements; or
(b) the Promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control.
16 Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the competition or varies or withdraws the prize it shall not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b) be required to conduct the competition at any other time.
17 Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the prize or entering the competition.
18 The Entrant is responsible for any travel associated with claiming or receiving the prize if required. The Promoter will not pay any costs associated with the entrant claiming the prize and it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they possess valid documents, including a passport, required for travel.
19 If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions, then that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.
20 The Promoter reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to tampering with the entry process, engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that is calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
21 The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason the Winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
22 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet connectivity or network congestion, including injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person's computer related to participation in this competition and problems with transmission of purchases over the internet. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
23 Upon entry into the competition, an Entrant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter. 3 Any reference to “state” includes a reference to an Australian state or territory.
Start date and close date
4 The competition commences 08:30am AEST 1st May 2025 and closes 09:30am AEST 30th May 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Each draw will be announced pursuant to the Draw Periods in clause 17.
How to enter
5 Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years old and over only. Entrants must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Permanent and casual employees, contractors, subcontractors of the Promoter, any agencies associated with this competition, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
6 Each registration constitutes one (1) entry only. Each Entrant must register with a unique mobile number that cannot be used by another Entrant. Entrants may enter ONCE only per draw. There are 21 draw periods during this competition, therefore an Entrant can only enter a maximum of 21 times with that unique mobile number.
7 To be eligible to enter, Entrants must register their participation in the competition by sending a text message to the TVSN text line at 0439 499 195 during the relevant period in clause 17. This text must include all of the following information:
a. the daily code word;
b. the words “LOVE TVSN”;
c. the Entrant’s full name, suburb, state, and postcode; and
d. If an Entrant would prefer to be contacted on an alternate mobile number for the purposes of clauses 19 then the Entrant can supply that alternate mobile number in the text message.
8 By entering this competition via text message, an Entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal details for the purposes of contacting them upon winning a prize and for promotional purposes.
9 A daily code word will be provided within the promoted competition segment as detailed in clause 17. This code word will be valid until 09:10am AEST on that business day. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct and valid code word at time of entry.
10 This is a game of chance and determining the Winner is picked at random.
11 Multiple entries into this competition are permitted. This is subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with the requirements in clauses 6 and 7.
12 Each Entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize per Draw Period. If an Entrant has had an entry drawn successfully once, then that Entrant’s eligibility for future draws during this Promotional Period will be determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion. This clause does not apply to SA residents.
13 The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for the registration of any incorrect details by an Entrant, or registrations made outside the Promotional Period. In the event that an error occurs with registration, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Draws
14 There will be one (1) Winner for each Draw Period. Entries for each Draw Period can be made between the times provided in clause 17.
15 Entrants will be randomly drawn and subsequently called from 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086, Australia for each Draw Period set out in clause 17. Each draw will take place during the 8:30am to 9:30am AEST ‘Good Morning TVSN’ show broadcast.
16 Notwithstanding clause 15, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to randomly draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order), in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an Entrant drawn is ineligible. Undrawn entries in each Draw Period will not be entered into subsequent Draw Periods.
17 The Draw Periods for this competition are as below:
Winner Determination
18 Winners will be notified immediately via telephone in accordance with the process set out in clause 19 and will be notified in writing of the prize they have won and the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered or collected by the winner in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw. Each Winner’s name will be announced via the Promoter’s website at the end of the competition (www.itvsn.com.au) by 30th June 2025.
19 Once the Promoter has randomly drawn an Entrant from the draw pool during the Draw Period, that Entrant will be determined as the Winner. The Promoter will then call the Winner live on air during the relevant Good Morning TVSN show broadcast on their registered phone number. If the Winner has registered both a mobile number and a landline number in their entry, the Promoter will call the Winner’s mobile number. If the Winner does not answer the phone call, they are still determined to be a Valid Winner.
20 Entrants must satisfy the Valid Winner Requirements set out in clause 7 to qualify for a prize.
21 In the event that a broadcast of “Good Morning TVSN” is changed, delayed or cancelled resulting in a draw not being made, then that draw will be made during the next available Draw Period. The Promoter will determine the next available period in its discretion.
22 The Promoter and its employees reserve the right to terminate an Entrant’s call if, in their sole discretion, they determine an Entrant to be impolite, abusive or offensive in any way. The Promoter also reserves the right to prohibit that Entrant from future entry to the competition during the Promotional Period and/or deem any of the Entrants other entries invalid.
23 If a representative of the Entrant answers the Entrant’s phone and fulfils the Valid Winner Requirements in clause 7, that representative will be taken to be the Winner of the relevant Draw Period. This determination will be subject to the agreement of the Entrant as deemed suitable by the Promoter in its discretion. If the Entrant does not agree to their representative winning the prize on the Entrant’s behalf, that prize will be forfeited in whole and no substitute or compensation will be offered to the Entrant or their representative.
24 The Promoter will have the final decision in determining whether or not an Entrant has satisfied the Valid Winner Requirements in clause 7. This will be determined by a nominated TVSN representative on the day. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to this decision.
25 If the first Entrant called for a Draw Period does not satisfy the Valid Winner Requirements, then the Promoter may in its discretion draw additional reserve entries pursuant to clause 16.
Prizes
26 In each Draw Period, one (1) Entrant will win a TVSN Voucher to be used in selected items available on the 2025 TVSN Mother’s Day Catalogue.
27 The total prize pool value for the competition is $4,899.90. There are 22 prizes, with a maximum of 22 chances to win.
28 Winners will be contacted in writing via email within seven (7) business days after the relevant draw and their names published on the TVSN website by 30th June 2025 (www.itvsn.com.au).
29 If the Winner is from South Australia, then that Winner will forfeit their prize if they cannot be contacted within three weeks after being announced, and the Promoter will instead redraw any of these forfeited prizes on 16th June 2025 at 8:30am AEST at 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086, Australia. If a Winner from any other state cannot be contacted within two weeks after being announced as the Winner, then the prize will be forfeited by the original Winner and the Promoter will redraw the prize on 9th June 2025 at 8:30am AEST at 431 Warringah Road.
30 If a Winner forfeits a prize, the Promoter will randomly select another Entrant from the relevant Draw Period as winner as consistent with clause 34. The new Winner will be published in the same method as clause 28.
31 Prizes will be added to the winner’s TVSN account in the form of credit within 28 days of the relevant Draw Period or redraw. The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for prizes damaged, lost or delayed in transit.
32 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize if the Winner’s nominated TVSN account is in arrears.

Conditions of entry and acceptance
34 By entry into this competition, Entrants’ consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a valid Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting:
a. this competition; or
b. Promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
35 It is a condition of accepting a prize that a Winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed or filmed by the Promoter or their agents at any time during the Winner’s acceptance of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to use any such material for a story or feature on this competition, to be developed and featured on TVSN or any other form of media it deems suitable, without providing the winner any additional remuneration or reference to the Entrant. The Promoter will maintain creative control and control over any such feature at all times.
General
36 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants, including but not limited to an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence.
37 The Promoter reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to tampering with the entry process, engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that is calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
38 Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website(s), the text line, or the information on the Promoter’s website, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should an Entrant attempt to damage the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
39 If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these Terms and Conditions, that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a Winner, and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.
40 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation.
41 It is a condition of participation that a Winner may be required to sign legal releases in any form to be determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.
42 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prize to cancel the competition, vary the Draw Periods, or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion:
a. a Winner does not satisfy the competition entry requirements; or
b. the Promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control.
43 Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels or varies the competition, or varies or withdraws the prize it shall not:
a. be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
b. be required to conduct the competition at any other time.
44 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of this competition at any time.
45 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
46 Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or entering the competition is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet or phone service provider used.
47 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
48 Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the prize or entering or participating in the competition arising in any way.
49 The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
50 Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and TVSN’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.itvsn.com.au/apps/page/privacy. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically.

Gold Month – 6 Easy Payments on Selected Gold Jewellery
1. Information on how to redeem the Promotion offer details forms part of these conditions of entry. Redeeming the Gold Month Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion is valid to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand.
3. The promotion is valid from 8:30 am AEDT 1st May 2025 until 08:29 am AEDT 1st June 2025 on selected gold jewellery items only.
4. To qualify for the promotion, customers must purchase selected gold jewellery items on-air or online, during the promotion period and select the Easy Payments option. Gift cards are excluded from this promotion.
5. During the promotion period, all eligible purchases made on TVSN (on-air and online) qualify for at least 6 Easy Payments, provided the customer selects the Easy Payment option at checkout.
6. TVSN is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. How to enter
5 Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years old and over only. Entrants must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. 10 This is a game of chance and determining the Winner is picked at random.

Winner Determination
18 Winners will be notified immediately via telephone in accordance with the process set out in clause 19 and will be notified in writing of the prize they have won and the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered or collected by the winner in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw. Each Winner’s name will be announced via the Promoter’s website at the end of the competition (www.itvsn.com.au) by 31st May 2025.
19 Once the Promoter has randomly drawn an Entrant from the draw pool during the Draw Period, that Entrant will be determined as the Winner. The Promoter will then call the Winner live on air during the relevant Good Morning TVSN show broadcast on their registered phone number. If the Winner has registered both a mobile number and a landline number in their entry, the Promoter will call the Winner’s mobile number. If the Winner does not answer the phone call, they are still determined to be a Valid Winner.
20 Entrants must satisfy the Valid Winner Requirements set out in clause 7 to qualify for a prize.
21 In the event that a broadcast of “Good Morning TVSN” is changed, delayed or cancelled resulting in a draw not being made, then that draw will be made during the next available Draw Period. The Promoter will determine the next available period in its discretion.
22 The Promoter and its employees reserve the right to terminate an Entrant’s call if, in their sole discretion, they determine an Entrant to be impolite, abusive or offensive in any way. The Promoter also reserves the right to prohibit that Entrant from future entry to the competition during the Promotional Period and/or deem any of the Entrants other entries invalid.
23 If a representative of the Entrant answers the Entrant’s phone and fulfils the Valid Winner Requirements in clause 7, that representative will be taken to be the Winner of the relevant Draw Period. This determination will be subject to the agreement of the Entrant as deemed suitable by the Promoter in its discretion. If the Entrant does not agree to their representative winning the prize on the Entrant’s behalf, that prize will be forfeited in whole and no substitute or compensation will be offered to the Entrant or their representative.
24 The Promoter will have the final decision in determining whether or not an Entrant has satisfied the Valid Winner Requirements in clause 7. This will be determined by a nominated TVSN representative on the day. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to this decision.
25 If the first Entrant called for a Draw Period does not satisfy the Valid Winner Requirements, then the Promoter may in its discretion draw additional reserve entries pursuant to clause 16.
Prizes
26 In each Draw Period, one (1) Entrant will win a TVSN Voucher to be used in selected items available on the 2025 TVSN Mother’s Day Catalogue.
27 The total prize pool value for the competition is $4,400.00. There are 19 prizes, with a maximum of 19 chances to win.
28 Winners will be contacted in writing via email within seven (7) business days after the relevant draw and their names published on the TVSN website by 31st May 2025 (www.itvsn.com.au).
29 If the Winner is from South Australia, then that Winner will forfeit their prize if they cannot be contacted within three weeks after being announced, and the Promoter will instead redraw any of these forfeited prizes on 21St May 2025 at 8:30am AEST at 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086, Australia. If a Winner from any other state cannot be contacted within two weeks after being announced as the Winner, then the prize will be forfeited by the original Winner and the Promoter will redraw the prize on 14th May 2025 at 8:30am AEST at 431 Warringah Road.
30 If a Winner forfeits a prize, the Promoter will randomly select another Entrant from the relevant Draw Period as winner as consistent with clause 34. The new Winner will be published in the same method as clause 28.

4 The competition commences 08:30am AEDT 3rd March 2025 and closes 09:30am AEDT 31st March 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Each draw will be announced pursuant to the Draw Periods in clause 17.
How to enter
5 Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years old and over only. Entrants must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Permanent and casual employees, contractors, subcontractors of the Promoter, any agencies associated with this competition, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
6 Each registration constitutes one (1) entry only. Each Entrant must register with a unique mobile number that cannot be used by another Entrant. Entrants may enter ONCE only per draw. There are 21 draw periods during this competition, therefore an Entrant can only enter a maximum of 21 times with that unique mobile number.
7 To be eligible to enter, Entrants must register their participation in the competition by sending a text message to the TVSN text line at 0439 499 195 during the relevant period in clause 17. This text must include all of the following information:
a. the daily code word;

c. the Entrant’s full name, suburb, state, and postcode; and
d. If an Entrant would prefer to be contacted on an alternate mobile number for the purposes of clauses 19 then the Entrant can supply that alternate mobile number in the text message.
8 By entering this competition via text message, an Entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal details for the purposes of contacting them upon winning a prize and for promotional purposes.
9 A daily code word will be provided within the promoted competition segment as detailed in clause 17. This code word will be valid until 09:10am AEDT on that business day. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct and valid code word at time of entry.
10 This is a game of chance and determining the Winner is picked at random.
11 Multiple entries into this competition are permitted. This is subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with the requirements in clauses 6 and 7.
12 Each Entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize per Draw Period. 16 Notwithstanding clause 15, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to randomly draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order), in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an Entrant drawn is ineligible. Winner Determination
18 Winners will be notified immediately via telephone in accordance with the process set out in clause 19 and will be notified in writing of the prize they have won and the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered or collected by the winner in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw. Each Winner’s name will be announced via the Promoter’s website at the end of the competition (www.itvsn.com.au) by 30th April 2025.
19 Once the Promoter has randomly drawn an Entrant from the draw pool during the Draw Period, that Entrant will be determined as the Winner. The Promoter will then call the Winner live on air during the relevant Good Morning TVSN show broadcast on their registered phone number. If the Winner has registered both a mobile number and a landline number in their entry, the Promoter will call the Winner’s mobile number. If the Winner does not answer the phone call, they are still determined to be a Valid Winner.
20 Entrants must satisfy the Valid Winner Requirements set out in clause 7 to qualify for a prize.
21 In the event that a broadcast of “Good Morning TVSN” is changed, delayed or cancelled resulting in a draw not being made, then that draw will be made during the next available Draw Period. The Promoter will determine the next available period in its discretion.
22 The Promoter and its employees reserve the right to terminate an Entrant’s call if, in their sole discretion, they determine an Entrant to be impolite, abusive or offensive in any way. The Promoter also reserves the right to prohibit that Entrant from future entry to the competition during the Promotional Period and/or deem any of the Entrants other entries invalid.
23 If a representative of the Entrant answers the Entrant’s phone and fulfils the Valid Winner Requirements in clause 7, that representative will be taken to be the Winner of the relevant Draw Period. This determination will be subject to the agreement of the Entrant as deemed suitable by the Promoter in its discretion. If the Entrant does not agree to their representative winning the prize on the Entrant’s behalf, that prize will be forfeited in whole and no substitute or compensation will be offered to the Entrant or their representative.
24 The Promoter will have the final decision in determining whether or not an Entrant has satisfied the Valid Winner Requirements in clause 7. This will be determined by a nominated TVSN representative on the day. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to this decision.
25 If the first Entrant called for a Draw Period does not satisfy the Valid Winner Requirements, then the Promoter may in its discretion draw additional reserve entries pursuant to clause 16.
Prizes
26 In each Draw Period, one (1) Entrant will win a TVSN prize.
27 The total prize pool value for the competition is $4,900.00. There are 21 prizes, with a maximum of 21 chances to win.
28 Winners will be contacted in writing via email within seven (7) business days after the relevant draw and their names published on the TVSN website by 30th April 2024 (www.itvsn.com.au).
29 If the Winner is from South Australia, then that Winner will forfeit their prize if they cannot be contacted within three months after being announced, and the Promoter will instead redraw any of these forfeited prizes on 30th June 2025 at 8:30am AEDT at 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086, Australia. If a Winner from any other state cannot be contacted within two weeks after being announced as the Winner, then the prize will be forfeited by the original Winner and the Promoter will redraw the prize on 15th April 2025 at 8:30am AEDT at 431 Warringah Road.
30 If a Winner forfeits a prize, the Promoter will randomly select another Entrant from the relevant Draw Period as winner as consistent with clause 34. The new Winner will be published in the same method as clause 28.

39 If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these Terms and Conditions, that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a Winner, and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.

5 The competition will operate as follows:
(a) Entrants must purchase any item shown on TVSN’s Live Shows on a specified Around the World with TVSN Event Day (“Event Day”) during the Competition Period.
(b) Upon and within the delivery of their purchased on-air item, Entrants will receive a boarding pass. There will be 12 different boarding passes for this competition, with each boarding pass representing each Event Day.
(c) The boarding passes will be collected by the Entrant. Entrants can collect the boarding passes within their own records or find the boarding passes on their TVSN accounts via the website (www.tvsn.com.au/ www.tvsn.co.nz) To receive a boarding pass, Entrants must purchase any live on-air item on the first Event Day, or if an Entrant’s first purchase for this competition is made during a later Event Day, Entrants can contact the Promoter at comments@tvsn.com.au to have a boarding pass mailed to them.
6 To successfully enter the draws to win a prize, Entrants must collect the boarding passes described in clause 5.
Entrants must demonstrate their collection by sending an image of their boarding passes after 31 December 2022 to the Promoter at the Promoter’s email address: competitions@tvsn.com.au for Entrants in Australia, or competitions@tvsn.co.nz for Entrants in New Zealand. The images must be sent through before 9 January 2023 to qualify.
Entrants can also demonstrate their collection on their TVSN account under membership – My Boarding Passes.
Submission of a minimum of 4 correct images of boarding passes will automatically enter an Entrant into the relevant draw. Entrants will be placed into one of the prize draws set out below as determined by the number of boarding passes the Entrant correctly submits as follows:
(a) Economy Class – between 4 and 7 boarding passes will equal one entry into the economy class draw to win a $500 voucher;
(b) Business Class – between 8 and 11 boarding passes will equal one entry into the business class draw to win a $1000 voucher; and
(c) First Class – 12 boarding passes will equal one entry into the first class draw to win a $5000 voucher.
Entries will be allocated based on the highest class possible first based on the total boarding passes submitted by an Entrant. For example, if an Entrant correctly submits 9 images of boarding passes, that Entrant will be placed in the Business Class draw only (and will not also be placed in the Economy Class draw). If an Entrant correctly submits 20 boarding passes, that Entrant will be entered in the First Class draw and the Business Class draw.
7 Each boarding pass can only be used once. Each correct image constitutes one (1) boarding pass only. Multiple images using the same boarding pass are not permitted.
8 The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any unclear or incorrect images or technical errors which affect the Entrant’s entry into the competition. In the event that an error occurs with entry, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred, responses received, or any other consequences. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9 Any on-air purchase from the Promoter during an Event Day will automatically allocate Entrants one boarding pass on the following bases:
(a) Each transaction allocates one boarding pass only;
(b) Purchasing multiple on-air items in a single transaction allocates one boarding pass only; and
(c) Purchasing multiple on-air items in separate transactions allocates multiple boarding passes.
10 Entrants must retain their proof of purchase for all on-air items purchased for this competition. Failure to do so may result in the Entrant’s entry being deemed ineligible.
11 This is a game of chance and the Winner is determined at random.
12 Any order returned under the TVSN ’30 Day Money-back Guarantee’ will lose its status as a competition entry. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize from a Winner if the Winner’s TVSN account is in arrears.
13 The Event Days for purchasing an on-air item for this competition will occur throughout the Competition Period. There will be 12 Event Days. 1. 2. The rights I give TVSN under paragraph 1 include but are not limited to the rights to record and use, in part or in whole:
a) video film in any form of media including without limitation free-to-air television, cable, wireless cable (microwave distribution system), pay or satellite television, the internet or other electronic media;
b) still images in any publication in any form of media;
c) any voice over or sound recording I provide during the Zoom Session in any form of media; and

3. I have not given any other person any rights in relation to my name, images, likeness or reputation, which prevent me from providing the my attendance and participation or agreeing to terms.
