1. Information on how to redeem the promotion offer details forms part of these conditions of entry. Redeeming the promo code is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Promo code is valid to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand. The offer is valid for new customers only. A new customer is defined as not previously purchasing from, or creating a customer account with, TVSN. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. To successfully redeem the promo code customers must promo code CELEBRATE20 at check-out on TVSN.com.au, or via our call centre (13 23 10). This excludes postage and handling costs. There is a minimum spend of $100 to redeem the $20 promo code. $100 spend does not include delivery.
4. Only 1 promo code can be redeemed per customer in one transaction. This is valid on new customer accounts only. The voucher is valid until 11:59pm 31st January 2025.
5. TVSN is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. TVSN will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
6. If the offer (or part of the offer) is unavailable, the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the offer (or that part of the offer) with an offer of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
7. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time.
8. The offer, or any unused portion of the offer, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The offer must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a person does not use the offer or an element of the offer at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the offer or that element of the offer will be forfeited.
