I gave my son and daughter in law a silver Kitchenaid as a wedding gift. My lovely daughter in law wanted a cream one and rang TVSN to explain. They sent her a cream one and allowed me to return the silver one and refunded the postage, even though we were just outside the 30 days! Happy customers all round. No wonder TVSN is my favourite shop.

Humorous memory
I was very new to TVSN and was watching on 1st April many years ago. A guy came on with a presenter and they talked about his amazing product, A portable bonnet hood hairdryer (remember those!) that blew COLD air to achieve the ultimate long-lasting set with your rollers. So believable, it took me a while to realise - April Fool!! To this day it makes me smile. It left me with a lasting feeling that TVSN was more than a sales medium, it included the wacky with the wonderful.

My mother who only had weeks to live and had never asked for anything wanted a ring from TVSN she saw on one of your shows... I ordered it and received it and she wore it proudly till her last day. I now have the ring. Her birthday was also on Mothers Day and I have very fond memories of the look on her face when the ring arrived.

I have 25yrs of memories from TVSN. One thing that sticks in my mind is Peter Mason doing a non stop 24hr marathon of live home shopping at TVSN. He was incredible. He then did it again supported by the other presenters who helped him through the night. I believe he broke some kind of record for 24hr non stop live tv presenting. 25 Years.
I have been an addict since I accidently came across TVSN around 10 or 11 years ago. There have been so many memorable moments that I could never even try to pick!!! When Lee ended up wearing milk?? Or something that exploded on him!! I have been a customer (Platinum for Life) since the very beginning of TVSN. I remember my first purchase, which I still have - a straw sun hat and a sarong. Our regional channel used to air TVC from 2.30am-6.30am. I used to tape every show on my VCR and watch it later in the day.
