Summer Juices & Smoothies

Hydrating, revitalising and nutritious, juices and smoothies are some of the guilt-free pleasures of summer. Exploding with vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants, we're ready to drink fresh juices and smoothies until the sun goes down. With a rainbow of possibilities, there's a tall, beautiful glass of deliciousness waiting for everyone.

Orange Immunity Boost

Bursting with vitamin C and other immune-boosting nutrients, this delicious juice goes down a treat first thing in the morning. Feel fresh and revitalized from the first sip.

Ingredients: 2 navel oranges, peeled and deseeded, ½ medium lemon, peeled and deseeded2 cm fresh ginger, teaspoon turmeric active (or fresh turmeric), 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Option 1: Press fresh ingredients through a juicer. Add turmeric powder and stir.

Option 2: Place all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix (with additional water if needed). Add honey to taste.



Watermelon Cleanse

As you would expect, watermelon juice is healthy and hydrating. It’s high in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium, making it one of summers best guilt-free pleasures. Using either a juicer or blender, whip yourself up one of these nourishing, pretty drinks in just seconds. Drink alfresco under the shade of a palm tree.

Ingredients: 1 x watermelon (seedless), 1 x lime (optional), 1 x cucumber

Option 1: Peel all ingredients, chop and press through a juicer.

Option 2: Blend watermelon and cucumber flesh together in a blender. Squeeze in fresh lime juice (to taste).

Avocado Mint Smoothie

When it comes to tasty, nurturing health foods, you can't go past Carla Oates and her nutritious range of supplements. Try this Avocado Mint Smoothie for a delicious summer breakfast. It tastes as good as it looks. 

Ingredients: 1 cup (120g) frozen raspberries, 1 cup (250mL) almond milk, ¼ ripe avocado, flesh scooped out, 4 ice cubes, 1 small handful fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost, 1 ½ teaspoons DEEP COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Support (Berry), Pinch Himalayan salt

Method: Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.


Green Goddess

Green juice- the goddess of all juices!  Vibrant and refreshing, green juice is about as healthy as it gets. Full of nourishing vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, green juice sets you up for the day like nothing else can. Virtually any on-hand greens can be thrown into the mix. Utilize either a juicer or blender to prepare.

Ingredients: 4 cups kale, 2 cups spinach, 2 cups romaine, 1 medium cucumber, 1 large stick celery, 1/4 cup parsley, 2 apples, 1 small lemon, peeled.1 inch of ginger.

Option 1: Press all ingredients through a juicer. 

Option 2: Place all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix (with additional water if needed). Filter through a fine sieve to separate pulp.
